With many businesses now re-opened or starting to reopen, during this pandemic, it is the responsibility of the employer and the employee to be aware of the government protocols and guidance in order to return the work. This session will provide the staff with the information in order to be compliant when returning to work:

Objective:

With many businesses now re-opened or starting to re-open during this pandemic, it is the responsibility of the employer and the employee to be aware of the government protocols and guidance in order to return the work.

When transitioning to the next phase of return, a C19 Lead Worker representative and ‘Return to Work' Task Force should be appointed who are trained to monitor the workplace and daily activities to ensure that the health and safety of staff and the public are maintained. All staff must be provided with COVID-19 induction training and be aware of the suitable control measures to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 infection.

This session will provide the following content in order for staff to be compliant when returning to work:

  • Lead Worker Representative Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead Worker Checklist
  • Lead Worker Communication Planning
  • Suspected Cases and Response Plan
  • Wellbeing and Welfare
  • Health and Safety Documentation Awareness

*A follow up questionnaire will be sent to each participant and a Certificate of Completion will be awarded.
