A short practical course will help owner-managers review their current operations and identify challenges they are facing in the early developmental stages (i.e. trading less than 2 years approx). It will also support them in terms of seeking opportunities that will develop and grow the business.

The training is focused on following:

• What do I want – targets set for sales, budgets, cashflows, funding finances

• Where am I now – current state – finances, target markets, sales, actions, budgets

• Developing a marketing plan & sales approaches to achieve the targets

• Evaluate- measurement systems for both financials and sales, KPI’s etc

• React – contingency plans and readjusting activities

One-to-one mentoring will also be provided as part of the programme.
