This is a new and innovative programme which has been developed specifically for any consumer facing business e.g. retailers from all sectors, café, restaurants and food service outlets, hotels, gyms, beauty salons and hairdressers, opticians and other service providers.
The programme is delivered over a 3 month timeframe and comprises 4 workshops and mentoring consultations.

The programme aims to assist business owners in finding new growth areas of opportunity, re-energise individual businesses and help mobilise the retail business community as a whole.
The programme will be managed by James Burke & Associates. James Burke is one of Ireland’s leading business experts and is the retail advisor for the TV series “Feargal Quinn’s Retail Therapy”. Keith Harford is also one of Ireland’s leading business and retail advisors and is well known for his ability to find solutions and opportunities for those he works with.
