Miriam O'Callaghan was born and raised in Dublin. She studied law at UCD and qualified as a solicitor before beginning her career in television on ITV's This is your Life. She joined the BBC as a producer in 1987, and later became a reporter on BBC2's Newsnight .
Miriam returned to Ireland in 1993 to present RTE's business programme Marketplace, while continuing to cover Northern politics for Newsnight. In 1996 she became the presenter of RTE's flagship current affairs programme Prime Time.
In August 2000 Miriam co-founded Mint, a media company specialising in television production.

Rachel Doyle, Arboretum Home & Garden Heaven: Home, garden and lifestyle retailing.

 Rachel Doyle, a native of Clonmore, Hacketstown, Co Carlow has achieved national and international status for her five Star Arboretum Home and Garden Heaven in Leighlinbridge, Co Carlow, which is her pride and joy. Rachel’s entrepreneurial dream to start her own business started after graduating from college in 1976. Rachel identified a niche in the market and the seed was sown. Rachel opened a small garden centre at the rear of the family home and soon the business grew in success. Rachel’s greatest strength is her awareness for hard work and attention to detail. The former Rachel Candy has created a thing of beauty in Leighlinbridge and the Arboretum is what people most readily identify about this heritage village.

Hannah Wrixon, Last Minute Minders: Childcare solutions and introductory service for child minders and clients.

Hannah is the founder and CEO of Last Minute Minders Ltd, a multi award winning staff solutions company based in Limerick. Having recently developed exciting new software to support the growth of Last Minute Minders she is excited to hear about other businesses who are technology based or have had to embrace technology in order to grow and scale. She is committed to business and trying to find the balance between home & work.Hannah has recently set up another business in Co. Clare Get the Shifts. This online business allows regular people with some experience to register their availability for hospitality work. It enables businesses to access a database of verified casual workers and in turn creating work in the hospitality sector.
