The Local Enterprise Office Kilkenny is hosting an evening event as part of National Women's Enterprise Day 2019. "Making It Happen" is the theme in which Kilkenny based entrepreneurial families will rely how they are "Making It Happen" in the world of business.

The theme for the event is “Making it Happen – Mother and Daughter ” whereby entrepreneurial families will tell their stories about how they are “Making it Happen “ in the world of business.
Date: Thursday 17th October 2019
Time: The event will commence at 6pm and conclude at 9.15pm. A 4 course evening meal will be served during the event
Location: River Court Hotel Kilkenny
Keynote speaker and panel moderator is Dr Ciara Kelly, TV and Radio Broadcaster and Columnist.
The panel will consist of our NWED Ambassador Margaret Kirwan, Goatsbridge and her sibling Miriam Donohue, GOAL who both hail from a strong entrepreneurial family which they accredit much of to their mother influences, ambition and determination.
The Panel will also include Marian O'Gorman and her daughter Melissa from the Kilkenny Group and recently acquired Kilkenny Design Centre together with Rita & Teresa Brennan, Lorimat Jewellers, a Kilkenny based jewellery business.
