Build Better Business Seminar - Increase Efficiency, Reduce Costs & Increase Profits

Introduction:

This Build Better Business Lunch-time Seminar is an introduction to our Build Better Business - Increase Efficiency, Reduce Costs & Increase Profits Programme which is due to take place in April.

The seminar will be centered on the belief that waste exists in all processes and while it is a practical, hands on programme but not focusing on the obvious ways of looking at problems and opportunities. It is about taking what you do in your business and finding ways to do it Faster, Better, and Together as a team.

The seminar will focus on reviewing business operations and finding ways to achieve savings and cut costs by working smarter. For many, it is about building a stable, secure, and sustainable business that is agile enough to face economic challenges. Past participant, Cait Mackey Maher, Yellow Deer Designs will share her own experiences of the benefits of partaking on the programme.

Who is this Seminar for:

This seminar is aimed at Kilkenny based owner/managers of small/medium sized businesses (up to 50 employees), at any stage of their business growth journey who are interested in improving their business processes and interested in becoming more competitive and efficient within their businesses existing capacity and capability.

Follow on Programme:

The follow-on programme will consists of 2 highly interactive group workshops, followed by 4 x ½ days of in-company support with a Productivity Coach to help make your Great Business, Be Better! You will be introduced to some simple productivity tools, take part in practical exercises, and have the opportunity to discuss your business challenges with Business Experts.

Group Workshops: Wednesday 19th & 26th April @ 9:30am -12:30pm
Followed by 4 x one to one in-company sessions will be scheduled with you individually
The cost for this follow-on programme will be €50 (€10 reduction if you have attended this introduction seminar)
