LEAD 2024

LEAD – Leadership Excellence And Development with Blaise Brosnan

This programme is being delivered by Kilkenny and Carlow Local Enterprise Offices and participations will be from both Counties. The programme coach will be Blaise Brosnan. 

This is the final LEAD & Management Development Programme to be rolled out by Kilkenny & Carlow Local Enterprise Offices with Blaise Brosnan therefore and is open to repeat clients who have attended the programme and also new clients.

Dates: The dates for the physical sessions are split between Carlow & Kilkenny as follows:

  • 9th, 16th, 23rd 30th April, 7th, 14th May – Newpark Hotel, Kilkenny (6 sessions)
  • 21st, 28th May, 4th, 25th June, 2nd, 9th, 16th July – Enterprise House, Carlow (7 Sessions)

The programme will conclude with a business after hours event to be held in the Arboretum on 18th July 2024.

Each participant will also receive 3-4 “one on one” confidential coaching meetings with Blaise Brosnan in order to address specific issues / opportunities. 

Time:

Group workshops will run from 2:00-5:00pm. One to One coaching will be arranged at a time suitable to you

  • You are an owner of Small Business in County Carlow & Kilkenny who is committed to sustaining your businesses in the current challenging trading environment but also have an eye on growth in the next growth cycle for their business
  • You may have attended previous management development type courses and are now getting ready for the next natural development step towards scaling your business.
  • You are interested in personal development and understanding your own management and leadership style and feel you would benefit from a business coach in your business.

The group workshops and then the one on one confidential coaching sessions methodology will help you to better understand your business dynamics and then find better pathways to deal with these current issues in your business.

  • To support key small business owners on their business journey.
  • To coach business owners so as to help them addresses the critical challenges in their business.
  • To help business owners gain the business skills necessary to grow their businesses, at the appropriate pace for them

(The emphasis will be on coaching the owner to enhance their business management skills)

  • Personal management style and changes required in order to drive more commercial success into your business.
  • Health checking your business and identifying where the strengths and weaknesses are.
  • Ratio Analysis and agreeing the critical appropriate KPIs for your particular businesses.
  • Strategic Planning for growth in your business.
  • How to create a better commercial culture as the team grows.
  • How best to address both HR and commercial conflicts?
