CASUAL TRADING BYE-LAWS 2026 FOR THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICTS OF CARLOW, MUINEBHEAG & TULLOW

The Municipal Districts of Carlow, Muinebheag, and Tullow have approved the Casual Trading Bye-Laws for each Municipal District under Section 6 of the Casual Trading Act 1995, as amended.

Copies of the Bye-Laws are available free of charge from the Local Enterprise Office, Enterprise House, O’Brien Road, Carlow. You may phone 059 9129 783 or email enterprise@carlowcoco.ie to request a copy also. An extract of the minutes of each Municipal District meeting highlighting approval are available upon request.

CASUAL TRADING BYELAWS 2026 FOR THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICTS OF CARLOW, MUINEBHEAG & TULLOW will come into effect on the 16th day of October 2026.
