Our much‑loved Peer to Pier Networking Walk is back for Enterprise Week, and this year we’re delighted to welcome Grattan Donnelly of Art of Navigation for a special pre‑walk session on the theme “Take care of yourself and take care of your business.”

For many small business owners, one of the biggest challenges is finding the balance between running a business and looking after your own wellbeing.  Why is this so important? It matters because your greatest resource is you. 

Grattan will explore essential questions such as:

• With so many competing priorities, how do you build resilience?
• Who supports you when challenges arise, or when you need clarity to make better decisions?
• What helps you step out of “the weeds” and regain a strategic, helicopter‑view perspective?

We’ll begin with a light lunch at 1pm in the Royal Marine Hotel, followed by an interactive session where Grattan will share practical tools, techniques, and insights you can start using right away to support yourself as a business owner.

Then, at 2.30pm, equipped with fresh perspectives, we’ll make our way to the East Pier for our signature Peer to Pier Networking Walk. A relaxed, informal opportunity to connect with fellow entrepreneurs, exchange ideas, and enjoy some fresh sea air.

To finish, we’ll wrap up at the end of the Pier with a well‑earned Teddy’s Ice Cream.
