Nutgrove Enterprise Park now has 2 x office units (1 x 332 and 1 x 352sq/ft) available to rent. Each unit has ample space for 6-8 desks and filing/ storage cabinets. Units come unfurnished.

Car parking is included in the rent, together with canteen facilities and free use of meeting rooms. Reception is manned 9am to 5pm and post boxes are included in the rent.  

The licence fee is per square ft with supplementary charges for rates payable directly to Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council. Tenants sign a 4 year licence agreement with a notice period of three months. 

Licencees are also required to insure their units and to cover their own utilities and communication charges.
