During the workshop participants will:

• explore what design is and how design thinking can be used to solve business challenges
• work in small teams on a design challenge, engaging with end-users of an everyday activity in order to understand their needs, and design a solution that delights!
• get a better understanding of the mindset and methodologies that underpin Design Thinking
• learn creative alternatives to traditional  brainstorming
• consider the opportunities for applying design thinking to a challenge facing their organisation in order to drive future growth
