Experience working across 11 International Markets and sectors spanning Food, Hospitality, Fashion, Home and Beauty.

Director of Retail Operations and Customer Service at Primark, led the introduction of cafes to the store estate, doubled the gift card business and was part of the team that opened the first US and Italian stores

Head of Selling and Marketing for M&S in Ireland managed the marketing strategy and drove volumes of locally sourced product supported by a local marketing plan.

Timeline

Week 1 : Introductory Zoom meeting and contracting. Agree ways of working and focus areas. Update on current situation.

Week 2 : Commence action planning based on observations and opportunities. Driving sales is a priority.

Week 3 - 7 : Individual retailer virtual mentoring sessions. Developing the bespoke plan over 2 sessions in this period.

Week 8 Review and handover- Next steps for your retail business.
