I wish to purchase second hand equipment, is this eligible for financial assistance?

In certain cases, second hand equipment is eligible for funding, where this equipment can be shown that it has not already been in receipt of EU/Exchequer funding (usually letter from seller).

The grant aid rate on this is reduced to up to 25%.
