Invitation to Tender: Athy Community Enterprise Centre

Provision of Services for the delivery of a Strategic Review of Athy Community Enterprise Centre

Kildare County Council and Athy Community Enterprise Centre are inviting consultants, with the relevant skills and experience, to submit a tender to carry out a critical piece of analysis on the centre to ensure its future growth and to support onward strategy and development of the centre.

The proposal must include the following elements:

• An evaluation of the Athy Community Enterprise Centre incorporating

-its activity pillars

- operational model

- profile of its tenants

- Governance/Structure

- Financial Revenue Model

• Undertake an opportunity assessment to identify its future potential
• Develop an operational model that will ensure sustainable enterprise development
• The delivery of an Enterprise Community Development Plan that will include:

- A development strategy to ensure long term collaboration with local and regional stakeholders

- An independent review of primary and secondary data

- Focused opportunities for enterprise growth and sectoral opportunities
