Invitation to Tender: Kildare Hub Development Strategy

Provision of Services for the delivery of a strategy to develop Kildare’s Hub Network

Kildare County Council are inviting consultants, with the relevant skills and experience, to submit a tender to carry out a critical piece of analysis for the county to ensure its future growth and to align its approach and hub development strategy with regional and national policy.

Given the increased demand for hub spaces across the county, Kildare County Council wish to employ a strategy that will adopt an evidence-based approach to hub development and investment in the county. This project will conduct a feasibility study and develop a strategy for the strategic location of hubs across Kildare. The strategy will incorporate a hub classification system to recommend the most suitable types of hubs and their locations based on the data available. The final strategy document will provide a rationale for the location of future hubs and investment in same.
