This programme provides participants with an understanding of the principles of food safety management and the safety systems required to develop and implement a HACCP system.  Level 1 Foundation Certificate from the Royal Society for Health in the UK for successful participants.
Participants must have completed the Primary Food Handlers Certificate to be eligible for this course.
