Managing Your Finances

This course will familiarise participants with better financial reporting systems, cost monitoring and control, forecasting and budgeting.  It will also highlight how integrated financial management and costs integrate with other aspects of the business including facilitate better administration and stronger relationship with the bank / credit union.
