The Operational Excellence Programme supports Micro & Small businesses to design and implement this culture across the pillars of Innovation, Operations, Sustainability, Lean, Digitalization, & Leadership & Team Development.

Delivered by experienced practitioners in each field the programme includes 8 Workshops delivered over 10 weeks and also includes 1/2 day Individual Business Mentoring with a Master Practitioner and 3 x Individual Leadership Coaching Sessions with an Organisational Psychologist.
