Primary Food Handlers Certificate

The aim of this course is to enable participants complete the Environmental Health Officers Association Primary Food Handlers Certificate.  On completion, participants will understand the basic principles of good food hygiene and be familiar with their duties in relation to food safety.  Certified by Environmental Health Officers Association.
