Bringing your products and services to international markets has never been more accessible.

But before entering a foreign market, it's important to ensure your IP is protected in the relevant country or region.

It's also important to understand IP protection in the country you would like to establish your market position to ensure you don't infringe on existing IP in that country.

Working closely with Enterprise Ireland, we hope to support and incentivise our client companies to develop an IP strategy.

This focus on IP Strategy emphasises the importance of securing the full range IP assets (including patents, designs, trade secrets, copyright, trademarks etc) and deploying them strategically for the benefit of your business.

Enterprise Ireland’s IP Manager Joe Doyle will join us to discuss EI supports available to LEO clients that address common issues of:

(a) low IP awareness,

(b) limited internal IP management capability and

(c) the cost of obtaining external IP expertise.

In addition, he will provide information on how to access the various IP support funds available to LEO clients.

This event will also discuss the export supports available from the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN)
