Advanced Leadership Development Programme for Established Entrepreneurs

This advanced programme is designed for entrepreneurs leading ambitious, fast-growing teams.

Through a blend of practical tools, expert facilitation, and peer learning, participants will strengthen their leadership capabilities to drive performance, navigate change, and foster cohesive, results-driven teams.

Participants will develop a deeper understanding of:

• Influencing and persuasion techniques
• Managing and resolving conflict effectively
• Leading with clarity and confidence
• Building and sustaining high-performing teams
• Understanding and leveraging personal leadership style

• Coaching for performance and growth
• Cultivating behaviours of a cohesive and resilient team

In addition, participants will complete Belbin Profiles and DiSC Catalyst Profiles as part of their individualised leadership development plans.

This programme runs over 6 full-days in MERITS, 9:30am to 4:40pm, and is significantly subsided by the LEO.
