  • Day 1: Understanding Performance Management

Develop an understanding of performance management and how it drives success. Gain the skills to effectively set and monitor performance goals, provide feedback and support to team members, and use data to measure and improve performance

 

  • Day 2: Understanding Recruitment and Selection of New Staff

Understand the recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs and writing effective job descriptions to shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates. Learn best practice, legal considerations, and fair selection methods to assist recruiting the right people
