LEO Cork City recognises the importance of the development of management skills for people managing their own business. We also recognise the very substantial improvements in productivity and profitability that can result from the application of LEAN principles, and we aim to support owners/managers of businesses (up to 50 employees) in effectively embracing LEAN methodologies in their businesses in Cork City.
Who is LEAN for Business for?
- Owners / Managers of small businesses looking for ways to improve profits, customer service and employee engagement.
- All sectors - manufacturing and non-manufacturing.
Note: The LEAN for Business programme is now open to businesses with up to 50 employees.
