The sessions will develop their skills in being able to select potential projects and business that are a good match for the offerings and size and growth potential of the business.

Sales and Marketing

Sales and marketing work hand in hand to grow your business. Learn to be more confident in presenting your product in a sales pitch. Knowing the steps of the sales process will make it easy for you to create a method that works for you. We explore understanding your potential customer, handling the rejections and communicating the benefits of your product effectively.

Learn how to create a marketing plan for your business. Identifying the audience, crafting the message, and creating the content they want to see is key. Learn to embrace and manage social media and understand websites and SEO. Find out how your online presence will create leads and drive sales.

Finance/business planning

This session is designed to give further information on the best practices in managing the finances of a business, the programme deals with, in an easy-to-follow manner, the key information a business needs to ensure that their finances are kept straight.
