  • Upload and manage media correctly for web use
  • Install and configure essential plugins (SEO, security, contact forms)

  • Perform website updates and backups safely
  • Understand hosting, domains and SSL certificates
  • Troubleshoot common WordPress issues

Course Content

Module 1: WordPress Fundamentals Understand how WordPress works, including dashboards, themes, plugins, hosting and domains.

Module 2: Content Management Learn how to update and create content, including pages, posts, images, videos and menus.

Module 3: Plugins & SEO Setup Install and configure key plugins, including SEO tools and Google integrations.

Module 4: Maintenance & Troubleshooting Keep your website secure and up to date, and learn how to resolve common issues.
