Founded in Dublin in 2008, Clavis Insight now employs over 170 people. Clavis' leading-edge proprietary technology automates online store monitoring, at scale, so that teams can focus on taking actions. Customers include Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Nestlé, Mondelez and and L’Oreal. 


On 22nd December 2017 Dublin's Clavis Insight announced its acquisition by Ascential plc for €100million, an international, business-to-business information company.

Clare Conway is VP of Data Operations for Clavis Insight, and manages teams in Dublin and Shanghai delivering eCommerce Intelligence on 700+ online retailers to customers in 60 countries while also driving quality and efficiency within the operations team. Previously Clare held roles in Customer Success, Product Management & Analytics and was responsible for product strategy including versions 1 & 2 of the Clavis Insight SAAS platform. 

Clare has 20 years experience of solving business problems based around data, analytics and technology. Starting her career on the IT graduate programs of AIB and General Electric, Clare then worked globally in the IT side of Consumer Finance companies before returning to Ireland working for start-ups including Delta Index and completed the right of passage that is starting your own business. Clare has a B.A. in Management Science and Information Systems from Trinity College, Dublin and an M.Sc. in Business Analytics from Smurfit.
