Export & Leadership Development Programme
Programme Overview:
The Export & Leadership Development Programme provides an exceptional opportunity for SME Owners and Managers in South Dublin to build on the necessary leadership skills and knowledge needed to successfully compete in existing, new and international markets. This highly successful “International Best Practice” training programme will be delivered to small groups by way of 6 onsite skills development workshops and 4 one to-one mentoring/ consultancy.

- Workshop One: Introduction, Innovation, Business Planning and Managing Self
- Workshop Two: Leadership V Management
- Workshops Three & Four: Marketing, Exporting, Selling Skills, eMarketing & eCommerce

- Workshop Six: Operational Excellence
- One to One Mentoring: Mentoring conducted throughout at times convenient for the participant

- Strategic Plan for Growth & Export Development (with a strong emphasis on implementation)
- ETF “Advanced Certificate in SME Strategic Management” awarded to those who submit a Growth & Export Plan
