A major new food festival for artisan food and drink producers.

What is Bite 2015?

The event will feature 150 of the best Irish artisan food and drink producers selling, sampling and educating people about their unique products. As well as the exhibitors our visitors will be able to take part in a variety of interactive activities such as demos, cooking classes, weird food challenges and wine & beer tastings.

An exciting programme of activities that visitors can get involved in - the purpose of these is to highlight the products of the exhibitors at the event:

• Visitors can attend cookery demonstrations with some of Ireland’s top chefs
• Cookery and Chef skills classes
• The Food Bloggers Stage
• The wine/beer/spirits master class - where you can sample and learn all about your favourite tipple.
• For early birds this will be a smoothie and juice making feature in the mornings.
• The weird food challenge - challenging visitors to try unusual foods.

Who should exhibit?

We are looking for artisan food and drink producers so if you make, grow or sell any of the following then Bite 2015 is the event for you: Cheese & dairy products / meat / game / seafood & poultry / baked goods / chocolate / desserts / jams / chutneys / pesto & sauces / organic produce / fruit & vegetables / Free From / gluten free & allergy friendly foods / oils, vinegars & honey / craft beer & cider / spirits / wine & champagne.
