The first call is currently open with an application deadline of Friday 18th August 2017 at 3:00pm.
The second call will open on 8th January 2018 and close 2nd March, 2018.

The Regional Action Plan for Jobs initiative, 2015-2017, is working to promote regional job creation by bringing stakeholders together in each of eight regions together to deliver innovative and practical actions to boost job creation in the regions. In this context, the Action Plan for Jobs 2017 includes a commitment to support all eight Regional Action Plans and provide investment of up to €60m over the period to 2020 to support collaborative approaches to boost enterprise and job creation across the regions. This competitive funding is aimed at accelerating economic recovery in every part of the country by delivering on the potential of local and regional strengths. The Regional Enterprise Development Fund was launched by Mary Mitchell O’Connor TD, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation on Monday 29 May in Birr Castle.
