Follow in the footsteps of Acutrace Ltd. from South Dublin who were the Overall Winner of the National Enterprise Awards in 2017.
Local Enterprise Office (LEO) South Dublin have launched a local competition to identify South Dublin’s best micro enterprise for 2018. The South Dublin Winner will go forward to National Finals and compete against 31 winning firms from across Ireland for a Prize Fund of more than €40,000.
The LEO South Dublin Enterprise Awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday 7th March 2018 in County Hall, Tallaght. This event will feature Ivan Yates from Newstalk speaking with John Kavanagh from SBG about the road to success in business as well as showcasing the local overall winner who will receive €5,000, and the recipients of awards for Export, Start-Up & Innovation who will each receive €2,500.
The key competition milestones are:
- Friday 23rd February, 2018: Deadline for receipt of applications
- Wednesday 7th March: LEO South Dublin Enterprise Awards ceremony
- W/C 9th and 16th April 2018: National Judging in Hodson Bay Hotel, Athlone
- Wednesday 24th May, 2018: National Final in the Mansion House, Dublin
