Course Description:

E veryone knows the saying “Cash is King.” The reality is that many companies discontinue trading not because that are unprofitable, but because they fail to effectively manage their cash inflows and outflows.

Programme Objectives:

On completion of this workshop participants will:

• Create an effective credit control policy.
• Learn a systematic weekly/monthly process for managing debtors and creditors.
• Develop skills for planning, making and following up the credit control call.
• Learn how to forecast cash requirements on a monthly basis.
• Understand how to approach lending and overdraft discussions with financial institutions.
• Understand the cash flow implications of Tax/Revenue requirements.
• Understand the legal process for recovering bad or doubtful debts.
