Course Overview:

This programme follows a blended approach of theory, practical and exercise-driven training for supporting mental health and wellbeing in a professional environment.

Our training teaches techniques and toolkits to support emotional intelligence, combat stress and tune in to self-awareness. Our programme is a hybrid of innovative practices including psychosynthesis therapy, meditation, nutraceuticals and emotional intelligence. Our delivery format is a streamlined Wellbeing Framework which allows each participant to take home the practical tools for continued support and personal development.

Course Modules:

  • Awareness- The state of here and now. We explore ideas of basic cognition, self awareness and basic meditation techniques

  • Expectation - The process of Thought Mapping and Identification, we find insights into the source and stimulus of our attachments and emotional triggers

  • Blockages - Identifying and understanding internal blockages and allowing for the flow state of the individual to return through targeted exercises.

  • Vision - With a clear mind free from disruption, we can begin to clearly see our core vision and purpose. We explore meditative visualisation techniques to tap into the individual’s potentiality and personal drivers. This workshop will teach individuals how to use Awareness as a tool for self and relationship management . On completion of the workshop, participants will gain access to a suite of video toolkits for enhanced wellbeing, stress management and mind mapping techniques, supporting their continued personal growth and development.
