Former Dublin All Ireland winning Manager and Assistant Director with the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) will open South Dublin's Local Enterprise Week 2020 in Áras Chrónáin on Monday, 2^nd March 2020.

As Manager of the Dublin Senior Gaelic Football Team, Jim led the team to five consecutive All-Ireland Football titles. He has been awarded numerous national sporting awards, such as the RTÉ Sports Manager of the Year, and the Philips Sports Manager of the Year. His playing career spanned over 10 years in the blue of Dublin culminating in an All-Ireland winning medal in 1995.

Jim will be giving his insight into what it takes to develop a high performing team for your business. Known for his man management style Jim has stressed the importance of being "honestly critical" in order to achieve maximum results.

"Accountability is key. To get to players to the top level you have to be honestly critical. I come from that culture in aviation, where debriefing is done as a matter of routine."
