William Fahey, Operational Excellence of Pfizer

William is a Six Sigma Black Belt with 10 years’ experience delivering business critical projects across Grange Castle and Biotech network. He has extensive experience deploying all Lean Management System elements across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Tech Services. Identifying the limitations of statistical approaches, William initiated an Employment-based Ph.D researching Business Analytics applications to Biopharmaceutical manufacturing and how this emerging field can be used to augment existing improvement frameworks such as Lean and Six Sigma.
