By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Recognise the differences between AI and automation and identify opportunities to use both effectively.
  • Explore popular AI tools, including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and image-generation platforms, and understand where they add value.
  • Learn the principles of effective prompting to produce more accurate, relevant, and useful AI outputs.
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to common business tasks such as writing emails, creating marketing content, summarising information, generating ideas, and planning projects.
  • Identify repetitive or time-consuming activities that can be supported by AI to improve productivity.
  • Understand the ethical, security, and data privacy considerations when using AI in the workplace.
