Catherine holds a BA in Business Studies from the University of Ulster and a BA in HR Management from the National College of Ireland, maintaining Chartered Member status with the CIPD for over two decades. She is also a trained mediator and qualified trainer. Notably, she was awarded HR and Training Manager of the Year by the Irish Hospitality Institute in 2017. Her career includes senior HR roles at Riverdance’s Abhann Productions, Lough Eske Castle, and Cara Pharmacy Group, showcasing her expertise in high-level HR leadership and strategy.
