Simon Tiptaft over 25 years of seasoned General Management and Regional Director expertise in the hospitality and retail sectors, having worked for industry giants like Forte Hotels, Holiday Inn, and Compass Group. Simon has carried out various business development projects for organisations in Ireland in the heath food sector, stadium event operations, hotels and corporate catering, cooperative enterprises as well as managing funding applications including the LEO, EI, HRB in order to secure grant aid for clients.
