Karen Sommerville is the owner of Call Focus, specialists in “effective customer communications”, by helping companies develop customer relations, maximise opportunities, increase productivity and grow sales by focusing on how engage and communicate with customers. With over 30 years’ experience, Karen has worked in many areas of sales and marketing extending across a wide range of industry sectors for both the business and consumer markets. Kate Hickey is a Business Consultant and Executive Director of the Ireland Canada Business Association and Director of the Valentia Cable Foundation. As a Consultant to Department of Trade Newfoundland for ten years Kate provided strategic trade consultancy services to over 95 Canadian SME’s.  Previously Marketing Manager with Laura Ashley, Kate has proven skills in retail marketing, branding, PR strategies and buyer engagement. Una McGoey is Founder of Anu Change, a trade and enterprise professional with over 25 years’ experience across financial services, enterprise development and commercial growth. Most recently, she worked as Senior Trade Specialist with InterTrade Ireland, supporting SME growth, export readiness and cross border trade initiatives. Una specialises in export readiness, market expansion, leadership and business growth, helping SMEs, start-ups and owner managed businesses improve performance, scale sustainably and explore new opportunities. A former President of Dundalk Chamber of Commerce, she brings extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and SME support, working collaboratively with enterprise agencies, government departments and business networks.
