Frank Kelly (KDA)

Frank is a partner in KDA, an accountancy firm based in Gorey. Franks passion is helping business owners get the maximum from their business in the most tax efficient way possible. The firm provides high level business exit strategies for their clients and have seen an increasing trend in the requirement for this service.

Frank will provide an insight into the strategies available and how his firm are providing solutions and high-level tax planning advice to clients and business owners throughout the South East. 

John Murphy (Omnipro Tax)

John is a Director of OmniPro Tax and Legal Limited, John relishes problem-solving to help accountants develop innovative client solutions and sharing his technical knowledge on all things tax. As a Chartered Tax Adviser, John advises clients in practice on a range of issues from tax planning, restructuring to exit planning. 

John will outline the various business exit strategies encompassing the reliefs available and the changes coming into effect from 1st January 2025.

Conor Robinson (M. T.  Wilson Solicitors)

Conor is a consultant solicitor, working with partners in the areas of commercial law, shareholder issues, company law matters and data protection. Conor is a former business owner who sold his business in 2002 and moved into law specialising in commercial law matters.

Conor will detail the legal pitfalls of selling a business, the practicality of shareholders agreements and the importance of a will.

Joe O Reilly (Ark farm Innovations)

Joe is a founder and managing director of Ark Farm Innovations Ltd, a business Joe & his wife Amanda set up in 2015. Joe’s mantra is “driven to innovate focused to care” and has used this to help grow the business over the last decade.

Joe will discuss his experiences of getting a business into a sellable position, the due diligence process and the highs and lows of the selling process.
