Financial Planning and Projections Workshop

This workshop is aimed at new and existing business owners aiming to improve their financial planning capabilities.

Developing and using a financial plan enables you to visualise the areas in which resources are most needed for the business to grow, such as marketing, new employees, or new product development for example. Your financial plan is forward looking. It brings financial context to your business plan and goals.

Specifically this workshop will cover how to prepare robust financial projections including cash flow and P&L which will be a significant support for those making funding applications.
