Host, Dominic Mullan

Dominic is an enterprise development professional with over 25 years’ experience across the public and private sectors and as a self‑employed consultant. He has supported hundreds of entrepreneurs, start‑ups and scaling businesses to identify opportunities and overcome challenges, and has been a mentor with LEO South Dublin since 2020, helping clients achieve regional success in the National Enterprise Awards. Outside work, he is a long‑distance sea swimmer, drawing strong parallels between the resilience, teamwork and perseverance required in the sport and in building a successful business.
