KEITH WALSH, ÁINE DEVLIN & PADDY WARD THE WINNERS OF THE PETER SHERIDAN DUBLIN CITY ENTERPRISE AWARD 2026

Dublin City based company; ExamRevision, is the winner of the Peter Sheridan Dublin City Enterprise Award 2026. The prize involves a €5,000 investment in the company and sees it advance to the National Enterprise Award 2026 ceremony to represent Dublin City. The National Enterprise Awards Ceremony takes place on Thursday, 18th June 2026, in The Round Room, The Mansion House, Dublin 2.

Lord Mayor of Dublin, Cllr Ray McAdam, said, “I want to congratulate Keith, Áine and Paddy on being the winners of the Peter Sheridan Dublin City Enterprise Award this year. Establishing a business is a difficult task requiring courage, determination and resilience. Hundreds of small businesses provide employment in Dublin, enhancing our communities. This award honours not only outstanding enterprise, but the belief that Dublin’s future is shaped by people who dare to innovate and dedicate themselves to the common good. I wish them all the best representing Dublin City in the National Enterprise Awards Ceremony.”

 

Warren Cray, Head of Enterprise with Local Enterprise Office Dublin City said, “We are delighted that ExamRevision will represent LEO Dublin City at the National Enterprise Awards Final in June. It was fantastic to see so many great small local businesses applying. I know that there was very tough competition from the shortlisted applicants this year and I wish Keith, Áine and Paddyall the best going forward in the national competition.”

Among the special guests at today’s announcement were the Lord Mayor of Dublin Ray McAdam, and Warren Cray, Head of Enterprise, Local Enterprise Office Dublin City.

Since 2025, the Dublin City Enterprise Award has been dedicated to Peter Sheridan, a long standing mentor at LEO Dublin City. Peter sadly passed away in April 2024 and he was a champion of small businesses, and start-up businesses, at LEO Dublin City.

Peter chaired the judging committee for the Dublin City Enterprise Award since its inception and prepared the businesses for the National Enterprise Award final.

At the National Enterprise Awards, ExamRevision will be competing against 30 other finalists from every local authority area across the country for a share of the €63,000 prize fund.

The overall national winner receives a cash prize of €10,000, with 6 category prizes of €5,000. There are nine regional awards of €2,000, with one regional Overall Award winner to receive €5,000.
