Export Sales and Technical Development Programme for Food and Drink Companies for LEO clients
This programme addresses a critical gap in export support for established Irish Food & Drink SMEs.
We are currently seeking expressions of interest for clients in the Dublin City Council area (Dublin 1-13, 17, and 20).
Participant companies should be trading for more than 2 years and have a minimum turnover of €100,000.
The programme is open to all LEO Food and Drink clients meeting the above requirement
The programme addresses a clear gap for food businesses with the capacity and ambition to export, but who require structured guidance across export readiness, market selection, route-to-market strategy, sales development and technical compliance.
Delivered over three months, the programme combines:
3 practical half-day workshops
3 tailored one-to-one mentoring sessions
Development of a robust Export Development Plan, Sales Growth Plan, and Export-led Sales Presentation
Delivery of 10–15 qualified export leads per participant
Positioning companies to progress to further LEO, EI, InterTradeIreland and Bord Bia supports
Each participant can research and prepare for export to up to three international markets, ensuring the programme is highly practical and outcomes-focused.
