Negotiation Skills Overview

Negotiations are about getting the best value you can from what is on offer and finding ways to expand options for mutual benefit. This short course is designed for business stakeholders who wish to understand and improve their negotiation skills in the roles they perform.


Participants will identify and build their strengths, recognize and overcome the challenges that impact on your negotiations. You will learn about mutual gains approach to negotiation and how to distinguish interests from positions to gain valuable tools and tactics at all stages of the process
