Succession Planning for a Family Business
South Dublin Chamber in conjunction with South Dublin Local Enterprise Office (LEO), are offering a days training designed specifically to assist family business owners in ensuring that they have effective succession planning strategies in place.
This training will take place on Tuesday 14th February 2017, in the offices of South Dublin Local Enterprise Office, between 9.30am and 5pm. This course has been heavily subsidised by South Dublin LEO and is being offered for only €50 per company (to a maximum of 3 people per company).

Succession Planning for Family Business
The future of every Family Business depends on the successful transfer of ownership from one generation to the next, yet only 10% have a documented plan of succession.
The ongoing success of the Family Business and all those who rely on it requires careful planning and communication between all stakeholders.
This workshop explores the key issues involved in successfully passing the Family Business to the next generation.
