Social Media & Digital Marketing is increasingly gaining attention from consumers as opposed to just a simple online presence through a general website and traditional offline marketing. The key to social media is the social group and people/consumers being able to engage and consult other people for recommendations which are being referred to nowadays as viral marketing.
