The session will feature a panel of 3 - 4 experienced founders and business leaders with a track record of building, scaling, or operating ambitious businesses. While speaker names will be confirmed closer to the event, the intended profile is founders with strong operational credibility and growth experience.

Rather than focusing on sector-specific content, the discussion will centre on transferable lessons around growth, decision-making, and scaling - with particular emphasis on how founders think about expansion beyond their home market.
