This half-day course is designed to assist you with creating and implementing a detailed Facebook & Instagram advertising plan and have the skills and tools to implement and measure it.

Course Outcomes:

At the end of the workshop, you will:

  • Understand the online customer journey and have planned ad campaigns at each stage.
  • Know how to design and run a successful advertising campaign and be able to measure your ROAS (return on ad spend) and ROI (return on investment)

Course Content

  • Understanding the customers' online journey and how to target people at each stage. Know how to move someone from a cold lead to a hot lead and then a paying customer.
  • Setting up and managing their Business Portfolio
  • Planning Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns using the Ads Manager.
  • Understanding the pixel/event manager and how it works
  • Hands-on experience using Facebook Ads Manager 1) Creating audiences using the audience manager for each stage of your customers' path to purchase. 2) Creating an ad campaign 3) A walk-through of an advertising reports and how to customise them
  • Case Studies – showcasing relevant case studies of businesses that have successfully used the RACE model to attract, engage and convert clients using ad campaigns.
  • Using AI tools like ChatGPT to help plan and create ads.
  • Q&A throughout.

This course is designed for businesses that have an active business page. Participants should be logged into the Facebook account on their laptop/PC (not a tablet).
