As founder of Beauty Business in a Box® and Sarah Naylor Academy, she delivers accredited beauty and business training across Ireland, empowering women from all backgrounds to gain financial independence through education and entrepreneurship.
A mentor with the Local Enterprise Office South Dublin, Sarah specialises in helping start-ups and creative entrepreneurs gain clarity, structure, and confidence in their business journey. Her mentoring style is practical, motivational, and focused on real-world results — from pricing and marketing to mindset and growth.

10.00am – 10.20am Introduction and resilience in business Setting the tone for the workshop and helping participants reflect on the real pressures of running a business.
10.20am – 11.00am Overcoming imposter syndrome A practical working session where participants identify self-doubt patterns, challenge limiting beliefs and build evidence-based confidence.
11.00am – 11.35am Managing stress and pressure Participants work through exercises to identify stress triggers, focus on what they can control and create healthier ways of responding to pressure.
11.35am – 12.05pm Staying motivated through challenges This section helps participants reconnect with their purpose, work through obstacles and create strategies to keep moving forward when business feels hard.
12.05pm – 12.20pm Personal resilience plan and next steps Participants pull together what they have learned and create a personal action plan with clear next steps.
12.20pm – 12.30pm Questions, feedback and close Time for participant questions and feedback. Sandra closes the session, says goodbye to the group and reminds participants of wider LEO supports.
