This workshop aims to provide participants with the skills to assess the viability of their business idea and provide a strong understanding of the essential elements involved in setting up and running your own business. It will take participants through the key steps required on their start-up journey, and motivate them to take the leap. It will provide an opportunity to explore how to generate new business ideas and assess the viability of existing ideas, as well as highlighting the important steps required in planning/starting a business, including choosing the correct business model.

Our expert trainer will signpost the many existing supports available for start-ups so that they can access the support they need as a next step
